When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with out planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is 31st December 2025

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

If you’ve been allocated a plus one, you’ll be able to RSVP for both of you in the RSVP section. You’ll either see your partner’s name or the word “Guest,” which means you’re welcome to bring whoever you’d like. If you don’t see a name or “Guest,” it unfortunately means we weren’t able to accommodate a plus one this time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome party: Smart Casual. Men: Think linen shirts, shorts or trousers. Women: Think summer dresses, heels optional. Wedding day: Black Tie Men: Classic black tuxedo with a bow tie. No trainers. Women: Formal gowns or cocktail dresses.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of the wedding party.

Where should I fly to?

Answer

Masseria San Giovanni is 1 hour from Bari airport and 35 minutes from Brindisi airport. If you have chosen to stay in Monopoli or Polignano a Mare, we suggest flying to Bari. If you have chosen to stay in Ostuni, we suggest flying into Brindisi.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

By car, taxi or Uber. We suggest pre booking these by calling the numbers in the 'Travel' page on our site or asking your Hotel/Masseria reception to do so for you. If you are renting a car, there is free parking on site.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late September in Puglia is usually beautifully warm and sunny, perfect for a celebration! Around our wedding date (24th September), daytime temperatures are typically 25–27 °C, with cooler evenings of around 16–20 °C. You can expect plenty of sunshine, but it’s worth packing a light jacket for the evening.

Your presence at our wedding truly is the perfect present, we mean it! We’re just so excited to celebrate with you in Italy. That said, we know some of you lovely people will insist on giving a gift. If you’d like to contribute, a donation towards our honeymoon would be hugely appreciated. For those who prefer something more traditional, our address is: 2 Durngate Court, Lower Brook Street, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8DR Please note we won’t be able to bring physical gifts back from Italy, Ellis will already be pushing the 23kg luggage limit as it is!
