Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 45 minutes before the ceremony. If you have booked a room to stay in overnight, please arrive with ample time to check into your room. All guests must take a gondola ride up the mountain. The first ride will begin at 5:15 and the last ride will be at 5:45. If you are not on the last ride you will not be allowed to the top of the mountain for the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is free parking for all guests. Those who are staying in the hotel will receive a parking pass for the hotel garage. Those who are not staying at the hotel can park at the Red Tail Lodge which has free parking for wedding guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel is on the same grounds as the ceremony and reception, but if you are renting a villa, you can call the front desk and request a free shuttle to bring you to the ceremony and back to your villa.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event so that everyone can celebrate and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements and leaving your kids at home so you can come celebrate with us ! Am I allowed to take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an Unplugged Ceremony so we ask that no iPhones, iPads, cameras, etc. be used. We have hired an AMAZING photographer who will be able to capture all the beautiful moments of our ceremony and we promise to share the photos with you all. Once the ceremony is over we encourage all our guest to take as many photos as you want and post to social media so we can see them ! Please use one of our hashtags or download our photo sharing app! Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to capacity restrictions, large families, and budgeting, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
