Guest should arrive 20-30 minutes early, in order to get seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Dinner & reception is to follow. Send-off will take place at 9:00 PM!
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that only the children in the wedding party attend. We hope this gives all our grown-up guest a chance to relax, let loose, and fully enjoy the celebration with us! Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. Both applying to children and adults, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically named on the invitation you receive. Only the names specifically listed on your invitation will be welcomed in!
Please RSVP as soon as you possibly can. If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would extremely helpful! We need all final RSVP's submitted by December 1st, 2025. If you do not RSVP by then we will mark it down as a no. We will miss celebrating with you, but we must give final numbers to our venue. We will be unable to accommodate late RSVP's.

We've chosen to make our wedding a completely dry celebration, so no alcohol will be served. As well as no outside drink will be allowed. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing a joyful and memorable evening with you!
No! We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away and kept silent during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing all the moments! Feel free to bring them back out after ceremony.
We're going for a black tie celebration! Think tuxedos, long dresses, and your most polished party looks. We'd love for guest to have a little fun with their style. If you'd like to incorporate a touch of pink-our signature color-feel free to add a pink accent or accessory to your outfit. Pink pairs beautifully with metallics like gold or silver, as well as rich tones like ivory. We can't wait to see you looking fabulous!
We're planning to hold our ceremony outdoors to enjoy the beauty of our venue. We do have an indoor space as backup! But, we plan on keeping the ceremony outdoors at all cost! We will let guest know of any changes upon arrival. Thank you for being flexible-we are excited to celebrate, snow or sunshine!
