We respectfully request an adults-only celebration.
Invitations and envelopes are addressed to all invited guests by name. If your invitation includes an additional guest, their name will be indicated. If only your name appears, we regret that we are unable to accommodate a plus one.
Black tie attire is requested. Guests are kindly asked to avoid white, as well as very light shades of pink or yellow that may appear white in photographs. Attire with predominantly white coloring is also discouraged. Classic black attire is warmly encouraged.
Guests will be provided with two complimentary beverages per person. Those who wish to enjoy additional drinks are kindly asked to bring a cashless form of payment along with valid identification.
Guests are kindly asked to arrive no earlier than 1:30 PM. As the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM, those arriving after this time may be asked to wait until its conclusion before entering, so as not to disrupt the proceedings.
Parking is available on-site, though it is limited. Guests are kindly encouraged to carpool when possible. Overflow parking may be available at the sister clubhouse located at 6835 Willowshire Way, Bradenton, FL 34212, approximately a 0.7-mile walk from the venue.
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony, with no phones or photography permitted. During the reception, guests are welcome to take photos; however, we ask that no images of the bride and groom be shared on social media without prior permission, as we wish for our professional photographs to be released first.
