Our wedding will take place directly on the beach in the sand, so we encourage guests to wear comfortable semi-formal attire.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Although we would like to allow all our guests to bring a plus one, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We kindly request you defer to the listed names on your invitations.

Can we bring our kids?
Answer
We’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration so we can fully enjoy the evening with you, our friends. We understand that traveling may make childcare more challenging. If you’re coming from out of town and bringing your children with you, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare during the wedding events. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Is there a room block?

You may begin booking now by calling the Reservations Department at 1-833-844-2961 (Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm EST) option 1 and speaking with one of our Reservations Agents. You may need to leave an initial voicemail and will receive a callback from one of the representatives. Please let them know that you are calling for the Farley – Scott Wedding Room Block 2027 in order to receive the group rate and discounted resort fee. You could also book online. Please see the booking link below. https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/piepbup-fswrb-7eb98c0f-5335-468c-9d4f-41512aed1dba/ Upon check-in, their card issuing bank will place a hold on their debit or credit card for room & tax charges, any applicable resort fees, plus $50.00 per day for incidentals for the entire stay. This hold may not be released by the issuing bank for up to ten business days after your departure. (Incidental charges are costs of items and services that are not part of the main bill. The incidentals per day of $50.00 may also be secured by a cash deposit at check-in. The Incidental deposit is not negotiable.)
