Take the George Washington bridge to Route 4 West, (approximately 10 miles) then to Route 208 North. Take 208 North approximately 7 miles to the Ewing Avenue/Franklin Lakes exit. Make a left turn onto Ewing Avenue. Take Ewing Avenue to the end of the road. When you reach the end of the road, make a left turn onto High Mountain Road. Drive approximately 1 mile, the road will fork, bear right onto Belmont Avenue. The Tides Estate is located about 1/4 miles down on the right.

Take Route 23 North to Ratzer Road(service road). Bear right onto Ratzer Road. Route 504 east. Stay on Ratzer Road, the road name changes to Haledon Avenue. Pass William Paterson University. Make a left turn on Belmont Avenue (this will be at a light). Drive approximately 2 miles; The Tides Estate will be on your left side, just past Belmont Bakery.
