What is the dress code?

Answer

For women: Casual: Sundresses or a nice top paired with a skirt. Light, airy dresses made from breathable fabrics like chiffon or silk are ideal. Knee-length, tea-length, or maxi dresses are suitable choices. Floral prints or light, pastel colors work well. Shoes: Barefoot on beach ceremony. Shoes required for the reception after. For Men: Casual: Dress shirts with floral-print beach shorts. Shoes: Barefoot on beach ceremony. Shoes required for the reception after. Sunglasses, hats, and light scarves can be functional for sun protection and also stylish. Make sure to bring swimsuits, and sunglasses with you!

Where to stay?

We haven't booked a room block because it was more expensive than the prices on Booking.com. Both the reception and the ceremony will be held at this hotel's beach and venue. We will be staying here. You are welcome to stay anywhere nearby or at this hotel as well.

How long should we stay there?

Answer

We'll arrive in the city on Thursday, June 20, and will be staying until Monday, June 24 10 AM. We would be happy to spend these days with you. Please stay for as long as you want/can.

Is there a parking lot at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking at the Wyndham Garden Fort Walton Hotel. Note: if you don’t have a guest room here parking will be very limited. It is their peak-season time of year, and they are typically a sold-out property.

Can I bring alcohol to the reception?

Answer

Absolutely not. We will place a cash deposit at the venue for your convenience, covering a certain amount, and a couple of drinks for each guest will be charged against that deposit. If you'd like more, there will be an option to purchase additional drinks at the bar. The prices range from $6 to $9. There will be champagne at the ceremony as well.
