The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. Keeping with the property’s dinner dress code tradition, we would love to dance the night away with you wearing our best formal attire. Ideas for ladies - full-length or cocktail dresses. Ideas for gentlemen - a suit and tie, sports coat or dress shirt and slacks.
Ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find your seat.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and then we will head indoors for dinner and dancing. The ceremony will be located at the “Cottage Court” - walk through the lobby and follow the signs for the cottages. It is near the Saguaro Pool. Cocktail hour will be at the “Aztec Patio”.
Guest parking and valet are available at the Arizona Biltmore. However, if you are staying offsite, our recommendation would be to utilize uber/lyft; there are a ton in the area.
We have a few room blocks with different price points under the travel tab. Airbnb’s can also be a good option – if you want to be near the wedding, look in the Biltmore/Arcadia areas. If you would like to be closer to nightlife in Old Town, Scottsdale, look in the South Scottsdale area.
As much as we love and adore all of the kids in our life, we unfortunately are only able to invite those in our wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us.
We have a strict guest list to stay within our venue’s maximum capacity. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!
We hope you’ll be able to join us for our special day! Kindly reply by September 20. The sooner the better! Any guests who have not RSVP’d by this date will be assumed as regrets and will be removed from the guest list. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony – we have hired a talented photographer and videographer and would love to share the photos with you once we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, snap away!
