Our story began in the summer of 2017 at Electric Forest, a music and arts festival in Rothbury, Michigan. In a way, it feels like the universe was working its magic—our group of friends clicked instantly, and so did we. The first set we saw together was Flume, and somewhere between the music, the lights, and the energy of that weekend, something between us just felt right. We spent the entire festival side by side, not realizing that those few days would change our lives forever. By the time it was over, we knew we didn’t want it to end. What started as festival magic turned into late-night Skype calls, a year of long distance, and eventually a leap of faith—a cross-country move from San Antonio to Denver to be together. Seven years, countless adventures, and one sweet Boxer puppy later, here we are—ready to spend forever together.
