Fr. Chris is the pastor at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Austin. He is the spiritual leader of the Austin Filipino American Catholic community, which celebrated its tenth Simbang Gabi celebration this past year. Besides ministering to kababayan, Fr. Chris serves as Judicial Vicar Emeritus for the Diocese of Austin. He will serve as the homilist for the wedding Mass to ensure a bilingual homily for the benefit of Irish Jean's parents.

His style originated from Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity parties at the University of Texas at Austin and has adapted into the ultimate professional wedding DJ. Elsie Corass began her restaurant business as a way to feed her family and brought it to the big time, catering to racing fans at Circuit of the Americas international speedway. Most recently, Elsie's Egg Rolls Filipino Kitchen was the caterer for the Austin Filipino American Association's gala dinner. Guests can expect the best of the best, from lechon manok to prime rib, from sinangag to mashed potatoes and gravy. And it goes without saying that you can expect her famous lumpia during cocktail hour.
