Travel Note
Rental Cars are highly recommended. We recommend coordinating with a group and booking in advance to avoid any shortages. If finding a group to coordinate with is proving difficult, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for support and connect you with others in our generous and loving community to carpool. We know this place is remote, and we want to be helpful with getting you here. There is Uber (no Lyft) in the area. Even though Ghost Ranch is a popular destination, rideshare services can be irregular. If you will be drinking and are staying somewhere that is not Ghost Ranch, we highly recommend contacting one of the taxi services in the linked resources document in advance to schedule your transportation. Please note, this list is not exhaustive and there are other small cab companies in the area that can be found online. For those who are driving and have a designated driver, there is parking available at the venue.
Travel Note
We are looking into organizing a shuttle on Friday with stops at Albuquerque Airport, Santa Fe Airport, and Ghost Ranch, and a return on Sunday morning. This would be a paid option for guests, with us coordinating logistics. Let us know if you’d like to opt in.
Hotel
The majority of our guests will be staying on-site at Ghost Ranch. We’ve been able to reserve rooms and cottages for some, though not all, of our guests. Most rooms are double occupancy, with a few two- and three-bedroom apartments available. The accomodations at Ghost Ranch are like hotel rooms with towels, bathrooms, blankets, internet etc. Once you RSVP, we’ll ask for some information and then assign you a room, sharing details about payment and check-in. Most rooms on site will be shared, so please keep that in mind. And for those whose hearts are drawn to the full camping experience, Ghost Ranch accommodates RV and tent camping.
House Or Rental
Accommodations near Abiquiú tend to fall into two main categories: (1) local inns, hotels, and casitas, and (2) short-term rentals (we included some Vrbo rentals). You’re welcome to stay wherever feels best, but we’ve gathered a handful of recommendations to make things easier. In general, we suggest choosing a spot in or near Abiquiú to be close to the weekend events.
