The Guild is a collective venue featuring a Cafe, Hi-Fi Vinyl Cocktail Bar, Book Store and Event Space. The books and some store items throughout the space are available for purchase, if interested, but please be mindful where food and drinks are placed to avoid any accidental damage. For those who don’t know, Michael is the Culinary Director at The Guild. Be sure to come back and try out the Cafe menu, as well as the small plates menu at Subourbon, The Guild’s speakeasy bar in the lower level.

Kindly RSVP no later than July 1.

Is there free parking available?

Answer

Yes. Downtown Wheaton has open street parking surrounding the venue along with a public parking lot located behind the venue.

How long is the event?

Answer

The event will be from 2 PM until 8 PM, but it is intended to be an open house. Please join us when you can and stay as long as you'd like.

Will there be food or drink?

Yes. Both food and drink (spirit and spirit free) will be provided.

Yes. Upscale casual or cocktail attire is preferred.

When and where were you married?

Answer

We were married on August 14, 2021, in a small, intimate garden chapel ceremony on the beautiful Mayslake Peabody Estate.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Those who feel inclined to celebrate with a gift, a monetary gesture in lieu of a traditional registry would be warmly received. Your presence is a gift in itself.
