Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception are both outdoors.

What if it rains?

Answer

We have a rain plan at the ceremony site! We will be underneath pavilions and in the barn on the site.

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will begin at 4:00 PM, so we recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes early to park, find your seat, and use the restroom before the ceremony.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is parking at the site. It will be on gravel! The final road down to the venue is a dirt road as well.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, unless your invitation includes a plus-one, our venue does not have the capacity for you to bring a date to our wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden party attire (in spring colors, preferably!) suggested, but any jacket/tie or dress that you feel comfortable in works great for us! Our ceremony and reception are outdoors. Below are general suggestions: - Women: maxi-length dresses in bright colors or florals - Men: Suits/Jacket with tie or bowtie

What should we expect from the ceremony?

A joyful worship service that includes our vows, prayers, teaching, and songs of worship.

What should we expect from the reception?

Answer

Dinner, dessert, and drinks will be served! Beer and wine will be the only alcohol provided. There will be family/bridal party speeches and dances, as well as some dancing with everyone.
