Welcome Party: Men are encouraged to wear jeans, blazers, and boots. Women may opt for cocktail dresses paired with boots. You can wear a cowboy hat if you wish! Wedding: Men should wear suits or tuxedos with dress shoes. Women should wear formal dresses with heels or elegant flats. Please do NOT wear boots, jeans, and hats for both men and women.
We’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening to the fullest. The only children attending will be our Flower Girls. We’re so grateful for your understanding and support.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating and settling in. To preserve the flow of the event, anyone arriving at the scheduled start time may be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes before entering.
We recommend that guests use the provided shuttle on the wedding day, as it is the easiest and preferred option. However, if you choose to drive yourself, please review the information below. This is the Mawn family’s private ranch, located about 20 minutes from Robert Carr Chapel. Please refer to your formal invitation for the address. The main gate code is 0606#, and the other two gates will remain open for the day. After entering the gate, please stay alert—there are free‑roaming cattle.
We registered at the Ivy House for our wedding china! A registry is available through Zola as well and we have also selected items at William Sonoma. We appreciate your thoughtfulness!
