Jodie is proudly born and raised in South Louisiana.  A native of Livingston, Louisiana, Jodie loves puppies, George Strait, and all things LSU.  If she could, Jodie would take each of you on a tour of Louisiana courthouses, avoiding all interstates along the way.  Jodie hopes each of you take time to explore the area and soak in everything South Louisiana has to offer while here for the wedding.

Irfan is a proud native of India.  Born and raised in Patna in Northeast India, Irfan has lived in Louisiana since 2006.  As if moving half-way across the world wasn't enough, Irfan's first home in America was Lafayette, Louisiana, a microcosm of Cajun culture.  Upon completion of his residency, Irfan "just needed a job" and learned about an opening for a hospitalist in Baton Rouge.  This would lead him to cross paths with a small town Louisiana girl, and the rest, as they say, is history.
