When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

This event is dressy casual. Wear a cocktail dress, a stylish jumpsuit, or a dressy summer dress. Wear a suit, or a trouser and blazer combo–tie is optional.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed when you RSVP online. Thank you for understanding!

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
The White Poplar is located at 29055 Road 81N, East Selkirk. Head northeast on Provincial Trunk Highway 59 N then turn left on Rd 81N.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:50 pm to be on time for the ceremony.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Our ceremony is unplugged so please turn off all cameras and phones. We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. Once the ceremony is over, you are more than welcome to take and post pictures of our reception on social media!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony, weather-permitting, will be held outdoors. Our venue has a lovely covered pavilion where we will have our reception.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony is cocktail hour. We will be taking pictures with the wedding party and our family and guests are welcome to help themselves to drinks and light snacks.

Will there be an open bar?

Of course! A full bar will be available after the ceremony through the end of the night.
