Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The ceremony will be on a grass lawn, and the reception will be in a tented patio. Please bring light cover in case you feel chilly...or you can always grab more wine to warm you up.
We recommend arriving between 4:30 and 4:45pm. We are planning to have all guests seated by 5pm so that we may start promptly. As the venue has strict closing hours, we are trying to fit in as much memories as possible before the clock strikes 10!
We sincerely thank everyone in advance for traveling far, especially through the unforgiving LA traffic to join us on our special day. Temecula is about 90 miles from downtown Los Angeles and can take from 2 hours with light traffic up to 3 hours with heavy traffic. Would recommend adding 30 minutes to the google map ETA as there will likely be heavy traffic as you enter through Temecula, especially as it will be a holiday weekend.
As we are having our wedding at a lovely winery, there will be plenty of Europa Village wine for all guests. The bar will be covered by the couple for the entire evening (cocktail hour and reception). As it is a winery, outside liquor are strictly prohibited on premise, which means that there will not be hard liquor.
We would recommend staying overnight to (1) avoid driving after all the wine, especially if it is a long drive back home and (2) to enjoy a relaxing weekend outing in wine country. There are hundreds of wineries in Temecula for you and your significant other to enjoy.
If you would like to bring a plus one, please let us know at the time of RSVP so that we may plan our seating assignments accordingly. As we are having a small, intimate wedding, we want to be sure that everyone is set to have a great time!
