Aaron and Irene met in Los Angeles in 2016 after connecting on Coffee Meets Bagel. They explored trail runs on the weekends, eats from Thai town to SGV, cooking experiments at home, visits to the Bay Area and music shows peppered throughout. During the early relationship, Aaron was finishing up his final year of business school and Irene was finishing up her final year of fellowship. As they planned for the next phase of their lives, it became clear they were going to do it together. Aaron proposed to Irene in July 2018 on a beautiful hike to Lake Annette in Washington State. To symbolize their love and commitment, they got married at the courthouse in Beverly Hills with family October 12, 2018. They are holding their wedding celebration on their 1 year anniversary to celebrate with family and friends.
