Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators.
We will be going through a rehearsal of the ceremony so that the next day goes smoothly. The short rehearsal will start at 6:00 pm and then dinner at the nearby Gibbet Hill Grill will start at 7:00 pm. Wedding party plus ones are invited and welcome to attend both the rehearsal and the dinner. We're looking forward to kicking off the celebrations with everyone!
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The ceremony will be held outdoors in the beautiful garden setting of the Herb Lyceum. Please choose footwear accordingly. We will be providing transportation options for our guests from the Groton Inn to the Herb Lyceum. Please be ready before 4:00 so we have time to get everyone across the short distance. The Herb Lyceum is a less-than-20-minute walk down Main Street if you're feeling adventurous and would like to stretch your legs.
4:45 pm - 5:45 pm
Hors d'oeuvres celebrating İpek and Noah's heritage will be served in addition to beer and signature cocktails.
5:45 pm - 9:00 pm
Dinner will be prepared by the magnificent Chef Will Gilson of Cambridge's Puritan & Company. His other Cambridge restaurants include Cafe Beatrice (where İpek is the #1 customer), The Lexington, and Geppetto. We hope you're ready to dance (pandemic permitting)! We'll also have lawn games, a photo booth, and of course Freddie who is an attraction all her own.
