Events

Dinner and our wedding ceremony, performed by Jaime Wright, will take place the afternoon and evening of June 20th at one of the Union Hotel's guest houses, called The Trees. However, we will be renting two of these houses for June 19th and 20th so that those staying can check in on Friday and spend some time with us.

Friday, June 19, 2026

Family Dinner

6:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

This will be a joint family dinner so our two families can get to know each other. Wear what you want and enjoy the evening.

Saturday, June 20, 2026

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

14511 Occidental Rd, Sebastopol, CA 95472

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. This event will be outside and the grass will be soft or even muddy -- keep this in mind when choosing your shoes!

Please avoid wearing all shades of red! This will be the bride and groom's color. However, white is okay. This event will take place at The Trees guest house behind the Union Hotel in Occidental. You are welcome to arrive a little early to socialize. The ceremony should be a short event, after which we'll drink, eat, and make merry.

Reception

4:30 pm

Immediately following the ceremony, we will have a dinner catered by Mario's lovely aunt Amy. It will be buffet style for us to enjoy together! After we've finished eating, we can cut into the wedding cake.

Photos

8:00 pm

Since we're doing this in California, we absolutely can't pass up the opportunity for photos during golden hour!
