Depending on which airport you fly into, you might need to rent a car. Once in Santa Barbara, everything is easily accessible via Uber or taxis.

Yes, there will be complimentary parking at The Kimpton Goodland and the Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara.
