Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM so plan to arrive by 3:30 PM. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.
We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail attire - think polished, garden party and semi-formal. For inspiration, please visit the Pinterest link provided below. The bridal party will be dressed in shades of green, so we kindly ask guests to avoid green, as well as white, ivory, cream, eggshell, pearl or anything that might be confused for bridal. We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you kindly put your phone away and on silent for the duration of the ceremony. We hired 2 amazing photographers to capture all special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring out your cameras and phones during the reception. If you are using Instagram use the #OfficiallyOrr
Yes, one designated outdoor area is available for smoking cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis use. Please look for signage indicating this location, as designated by Wakefield Estate. Use of these substances is permitted only within this marked area. Please note that smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are strictly prohibited inside all buildings, facilities, and tent. If you are unsure where this designated area is located, please ask staff for directions.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with a covered reception.
There is plenty of on-site parking at our venue. You are welcome to leave any cars in the parking lot overnight until 12:00pm the next day. Any vehicles remaining after this time shall be towed at the owner’s expense.
We are blessed to have most of what we need. If you’d like to give a gift, a monetary contribution toward our honeymoon fund would mean so much and will help us make unforgettable memories on our adventure! If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided April 28, 2026, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending." We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

For our special day, we've decided to keep our wedding to adults-only (19+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!
When you RSVP, please let us know of any severe or life threatening allergies so we can let our caterer know how to accommodate you. Be specific & know that lifestyle choices or restrictions can be tricky to accommodate if not clear. A special meal will be prepared for you should you list any restrictions.
