The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Main Street Chapel, on 131 E Main St, Vernon, MI 48476. The ceremony will be in the chapel while the reception will be just down the hall in the same building. Parking is available on the street, with additional park at the next door post office if needed. We respectfully ask that guests start departing the venue by 9pm - to ensure enough clean up time before we need to return the venue back to its owners.
Absolutely! We have a huge family and would love to see all the little faces.
To ensure all guests will have a place to eat, we sincerely hope for your RSVP by May 25th. We can not guarantee extra seating without RSVP.
To simplify wedding costs, we have chosen to create a website for our guests to upload their candid photographs of this event, onto. Please do not feel pressured to take photos, feel free to live in the moment. We would love to live this memory through our guests eyes if they feel encourage to picture take.
We do not have a wedding registry. If any of our guests would like to gift us on this day, we are asking you to consider a monetary gift to help our goals of purchasing our first family home.
We have chosen to do a Taco Bar for the main course. There will be your option of ground beef or shredded chicken, along with a plethora of toppings and your choice of tortilla or a bag of chips. There will also be a fruit bar and a cake cutting at the end of the night.
There will not be any alcoholic beverages. We will be serving Water, Cold pop, and lemonade.
Tobacco use is prohibited inside the building. Smoking outside is required, and please consider that the building is a historical 1800s chapel, so if you could smoke a couple of feet away from the building, that would be appreciated. While many of our friends and family are 420 friendly, there will be no smoking any Marijuana substance on the property.
