This is the closest hotel to Lakeside. It is 6 miles north of the venues. This link gives your guests 12% off the regular rack rate, so they can select any room type that they choose subject to availability in that time frame. Since this is based on availability, it is recommended that they book well in advance. They will put their credit card info in the reservation to secure it, but the charges are not authorized until check in. They also will have up to 24 hours prior to arrival to cancel the reservation if something changes for them. It is best to copy and paste the link into the web address bar, then they will select Edit at the top right and choose the dates and number of guests. It will show the available room types for those dates, and within the room type you select "see more rates", and then the wedding rate will appear.
