Could I have a plus one?

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you, and we’re keeping our wedding intimate and are only able to accommodate guests named on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to share this joy with you!

What time should I be at the venue?
Answer
If you are staying at ROUND HILL INN and will be using the shuttle, check-in time is at 2pm. The shuttle will pick you up at 3:30pm. The venue is about 16 minutes away from the hotel and the ceremony will start at 4pm.

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?
Answer
No, You can't leave your car there overnight. We recommend that you get a room at the hotel or if you are going to drive, drink in moderation. Be safe!!!!

How can I get a room at the hotel?
Answer
The hotel has a block reserved for up to 30 days before the wedding. If you try to book a room and it shows as SOLD OUT, just call the hotel or send an email to gm@roundhillinn.com

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration!

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
Semi-formal/cocktail attire. We kindly ask that you do not wear White, Navy blue, T-shirts, Jeans or flip-flops to our wedding.

Where will the wedding be?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be at Renback Barn (8668 S Blue Ridge Turnpike, Rochelle, VA 22738). Parking available.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will take place indoors in the barn or outdoor. Please note that the ceremony location will be located in an area with grass and gravel so ladies, plan accordingly with your shoes.
Question
will there be transportation on the wedding day?
Answer
Yes, we will provide a shuttle to and from the hotel in Orange that will have room blocks set aside. Transportation will only be provided to and from the hotel on our travel page.
