The attire for this event is black-tie invited. We welcome tuxedos, suits, floor-length dresses, formal jumpsuits, and cocktail dresses.
At 10:00pm our reception will be concluded and all guests are to exit the ballroom. We may proceed into the dining/bar area for late night bites and bar service, however, this is not included in our package and will be cash bar/tab for those who wish to continue the party.
We would like to make things as easy and seamless for our guests as possible. With that being said, we do not have a preference on how you rsvp, whether online or with your rsvp card provided with your invitation, we just ask that you please rsvp by the deadline of October 9, 2024.
There is an ample amount of parking at both locations.
Our ceremony and reception will be indoors. The reception venue has a patio off of the ballroom where cocktail hour will take place and guests are welcome to occupy the patio during the reception as well if they so choose.
While we would love nothing more than to give every guest the opportunity to bring someone with them, and to have all of the children in our families celebrate such a special occasion with us, unfortunately we are limited on the number of guests we can have. With that being said, we politely ask that only individuals listed on your invitation be in attendance as we cannot accommodate any additional guests. Should you have any questions about your invitation please feel free to contact Maggie!
During our cocktail hour we will have a variety of seven different appetizers for guests to snack on. Our dinner in the ballroom will consist of 3 courses, starting with a salad, followed by a pasta course, and concluded by an entree of your choice. The options for entrees will be filet mignon, stuffed chicken capon, and eggplant parmesan. We will cut our wedding cake later in the evening and that will serve as dessert for all guests.
The church will open 1 hour prior to when the mass is set to begin. We ask that guests arrive any time between 12:00pm and 12:45pm. We do understand sometimes things happen and guests run late, in the event you experience a delay in arriving to the church, we invite you to come in when you arrive and ask that you take an open seat in one of the back pews as not to disrupt our priest, photographer, or any of the other guests.
While we love that our guests might like to capture photos of their own to remember our special day, we ask that everyone keep their phone away during our mass as we are having an unplugged ceremony. We will have a photographer capturing every moment of our ceremony and we will share those photos when we receive them. During our reception all are welcome to snap their own photos with their phones throughout the evening, as well as, on the disposable cameras we will have on each table.
Our website will have the most up-to-date information on everything our guests need to know. If you should have any questions that haven’t been answered on our website, please feel free to reach out to either Maggie or Billy; parents of the bride and groom may be able to answer questions as well.
