Bus Departure before the Ceremony

The bus to the venue before the ceremony will be leaving at promptly 3:45 from the front of the DoubleTree by Hilton in Leominster. Notes: there are 30 spaces on the bus. The wedding party will be traveling separately. If you miss the bus or cannot fit, you are welcome to drive yourself and leave your car at Harrington Farm overnight in their free onsite parking lot. Please retrieve your car by 12pm on 3/16
Ceremony

The dress code is cocktail/semi-formal attire. Ceremony and reception are indoors.

Bus Departure at the End of the Reception

There will be a shuttling service available to take guests back to the hotel throughout the night. Please note that it is 1 hour round trip. At the end of the night, there will be two trips back to the hotel: 9pm Trip 1 arrives back at the hotel at 9:30 9:50 - 10pm Trip 2 arrives back at the hotel at 10:30 (the bride and groom will be on this bus!) Note: there are 30 seats on the bus. Because of the location of the venue, you cannot use an Uber or Lyft service unless organized well in advance. Please plan according and be responsible :) All guests are required to vacate the premise by 10pm at the latest.
