You know this had to be our top recommendation! Visit the 'Glades by exploring some of the walking paths, embarking on an airboat ride or going for a swamp tromp. *Gator sightings not guaranteed.*

Everglades National Park

There's obviously a plethora of beach options in Florida, but this one is our absolute favorite in the Miami area. Another good one just down the road is Bill Baggs State Park.

Crandon Park

This is an incredible botanical garden, located on the eastern side of Coral Gables. Enjoy a self-guided stroll around this tropical oasis or embark on an informative free tram tour. The cactus garden is not to be missed!

Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden

Vizcaya is a stunning waterfront estate that features 50 acres of gardens and an elaborate villa. We came upon many giant iguanas when we visited, so keep your eyes peeled!

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens

Explore blocks of street art in Miami's art district, Wynwood! Always an exciting place to stroll about and grab a bite. Look out for the hidden dance club in the back of the taco shop.

If you're up for a little drive, head on down to the Florida Keys! Snorkel at John Pennekamp State Park, then enjoy an unforgettable sunset at a tiki bar with a slice of key lime pie.
