As you know, we live in Indialantic. Bridle Oaks was a bit out of the way for us, but as soon as we arrived at the location, we knew it was meant to be. 

DeLand is an adorable little town. Whether you’re here for the weekend or making a little getaway out of it, here are some local gems and nearby adventures worth checking out:

Downtown DeLand:
Stroll along Woodland Boulevard for cute shops, coffee spots, bars, restaurants, and local art murals. It’s charming, walkable, and full of character.

Get Outdoors:
Blue Spring State Park (15 min away)- A beautiful park known for its crystal-clear spring waters and winter manatee sightings. Great for kayaking, swimming, or a nature walk.

A Little Further Out
New Smyrna Beach (35–40 min)- Quaint beach town with great surf, cute boutiques, and coastal restaurants.
Orlando (about 1 hr): For those wanting a city fix—or even a quick Disney/Universal detour!
Daytona Beach (30–40 min)- Classic boardwalk vibes, racing history, and wide beaches.
