Tyler and Ines first connected on Friday, October 13th, 2023, through the dating app Hinge. Before even meeting in person, the two shared countless late-night phone calls getting to know one another. When their first date finally arrived on October 22nd, Tyler showed up with flowers for Ines—and bribes for her dog, Maggy! After a perfect evening of sushi at Kura Revolving Sushi Bar and a sunset walk around the lake at Hermann Park, Tyler asked Ines to be his girlfriend. She actually said... no (for now!). But Tyler’s persistence paid off, and after a few more fun dates, Ines officially agreed to be a couple on October 29th. Their journey moved quickly from there. On December 20th, 2024, they moved into their first home together, building a foundation for their future. Exactly two years after their first date—on October 22nd, 2025—Tyler popped the question during a trip to MeowWolf Houston. This time, it was an immediate YES! Just a week later, on October 29th, 2025—their exact two-year dating anniversary—they tied the knot in an intimate civil ceremony at the Fort Bend County Justice Center, surrounded by their immediate families. Now, they can’t wait to exchange their vows once more in their Catholic sacramental wedding ceremony and celebrate with all of their extended family and friends.
