The bride and groom will be staying at the Embassy Suites and have reserved room blocks. Use this link to reserve: https://group.embassysuites.com/dlr8wa There are several other hotels in Bowling Green but we also recommend Hyatt Place and Staybridge Suites. Hyatt Place is located right downtown and within half a mile of the Venue.

What time should we show up on Wedding Day?

Everyone is welcome to show up at the Venue at 3pm for welcome drinks. The ceremony will start at 3:30pm.

Yes, they are both located at the Venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes, there is a large parking lot right next to the Venue.

Is there a shuttle to the Venue?

Yes, the shuttle will run from Embassy Suites to the Venue and back.

What time are the shuttles to and from the Venue?

The shuttles will run from Embassy Suites to the Venue from 2-3pm and back from the Venue to Embassy Suites from 10-11:45pm.

You are welcome to join the bride and groom at TailGate Brewery Germantown in Nashville at 2pm on Sunday 10 November 2024. We also recommend checking out the Nashville Farmers Market, which is a short walk from TailGate Brewery.
