India had virtually met Santos through FaceTime calls while he was working with her friend Shiveze. Never did they expect to meet but in May 2019 India made a trip to Southern Illinois to visit Shiveze with the hopes of meeting Santos. When she arrived that night Santos made his way to the car and greeted her with the brightest smile. They spent the night talking, laughing, and bonding. That night turned into a week; a week turned into a month.. they became inseparable. Now they're turning it into forever.
Santos proposed on Christmas Day. He hid post it notes around the house that sent India on a mini scavenger hunt that ended in the love of her life on one knee.
