What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is a black tie event. Tuxedos (or a black dinner suit) and floor length gowns are preferred. Please note that some of the formalities will be held outside, so ladies please bear this in mind when selecting your shoes for the evening!

Will there be transport from Melbourne to the venue (and home)?

Answer

Yes, a bus has been booked for guests requiring transport from Melbourne to the venue, and returning to Melbourne at the end of the evening. Bus timetable: 2:00pm – Bus departing from Melbourne Girls Grammar bus stop, Anderson St, South Yarra. Please look for the orange PTV bus stop sign 2:25pm – Bus departing from 117 Alfred Crescent, Fitzroy North (opposite Edinburgh Gardens) 3:40pm – Buses arriving at Stones of the Yarra Valley 11:15pm- Depart Stones of the Yarra Valley to return to Melbourne (Fitzroy and South Yarra drop off) Please note: 1. Please be on time! The bus will depart at the above times and we would hate for you to miss our special day! 2. No alcohol is permitted on the bus

Are ride services or taxi's available?

If you are staying in the Yarra Valley, we highly recommend prebooking transport to and from the venue in advance. Rideshares and taxis are less frequent in the area and wait times might be extensive.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is parking available at Stones of the Yarra Valley and Meletos (the on site accommodation).

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately our wedding day will be an adults only celebration. However, we warmly welcome babies in arms and breast feeding babies.

What about gifts?

Answer

We truly appreciate the time, travel, and effort so many of you will make to celebrate with us. Having you there is more than enough, but for those who would like to contribute, a wishing well will be available on the day.
