There is a block of rooms set at The Double Tree Hotel by Hilton in Atlantic Beach, NC for Friday Sept. 24th and/ or Saturday Sept. 25th, 2021. The Room Block is called “The Harn/Inch Wedding Room Block” Instructions for making your hotel reservation. 1. Call the Hotel at (252)240-1155 and dial #0 (Guest Services) or someone at the front desk. 2. Tell them you would like to make a reservation under the “Harn/Inch Wedding Room Block” Group Code "HIW". 3. There are 2 types of rooms blocked, a room with 2 queen beds and a room with 1 king bed. You can select which will work best for you. (If the type of room is important to you then calling earlier will be beneficial). 4. You will have to put a credit card down to hold the room but payment isn't taken until checkout.

Transportation to and from the wedding venue will be provided for guests staying at the Doubletree By Hilton Hotel. For those who would like to drive, the venue is 15 minute away and there is ample parking available. Transportation schedule: Pick-up from Doubletree By Hilton Hotel at 3:00pm - 3:15pm to Merrell Estate and Gardens (Venue) Pick-up to from Merrell Estate and Gardens (Venue) at 10:00pm - 10:15pm to Doubletree By Hilton Hotel *** Pick up from Hotel to the venue will leave promptly at 3:15pm ***
