Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will provide shuttles to and from the wedding. Please arrive to the Embassy Suites by Hilton at 3:00PM on Saturday - the shuttles depart at 3:15PM. There will not be transportation provided for the welcome party. The Rio is right on Pearl St so feel free to walk or Uber.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Mountain Chic (think jackets but no ties required, fun colorful dresses). Bring a jacket though - it gets chilly at night in the mountains!

Casual (think button-down and chinos, flowy dresses...)

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have room blocks at the Embassy Suites by Hilton and the Hilton Garden Inn. All shuttles will leave from the Embassy Suites by Hilton. Check out the Travel & Lodging page for details on how to book. If you would like to stay elsewhere, we highly recommend staying at a hotel or Airbnb within near Pearl St or hiking trails.
