Please arrive by 4:15 PM, as we will begin our ceremony promptly at 4:30 PM and want you to have time to park and find a seat. Keep in mind, you may hit Friday rush hour traffic!
Formal attire! We suggest suits, jackets and ties, eveningwear, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates.
Yes! Our venue has plenty of parking right by our ceremony and reception spaces. There will be parking attendants to direct you to the appropriate location, handicapped accessible parking spaces, and a golf cart shuttle service to facilitate the transportation of anyone requiring assistance in getting from their car to the venue.
Yes, guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight at the venue. We just ask that all vehicles be picked up by 10 AM the next morning, as required by Jorgensen. Please don’t drink and drive—your safety is our priority!
Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will primarily be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night out to relax and celebrate with us! If you have any concerns please let us know!
Absolutely, we want everyone to enjoy their meal! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes! The ceremony will be held (hopefully) outside, and our reception will take place just across the meadow.
If you arrive after the ceremony begins, please wait to join the other guests at cocktail hour at 5PM, immediately following the ceremony.
