Join us as we say I do

I noticed Monie when she first came to church in 2021. We never interacted, but she caught my eye from afar. From her looking gorgeous, whether in a sanctuary or a gala, we still never spoke. That was until a random conversation about cats (thank you, Shannon, for bringing up those sinful cats). As friends, Monie invited me to her 25th birthday. She was, of course, the most gorgeous woman I ever saw. I was nervous at her dinner, so of course Daniel decided to have me pray for everyone! Little did I know, that was the moment Monie fell for me. Drew became more interested in me during an event in early December. At first, he didn’t realize it was me—until he began to recognize me by the outfit I was wearing. We started talking more and getting to know each other, and little did he know, in that very moment, he was already starting to fall for me too. We started dating in late December, and officially started courting on January 7th, 2024. We’ve had ups and downs, times of joy and times of tears, times of creativity and discipleship. Throughout all of the growth and healing we’ve done with each other, we decided that this good thing was a God thing that we want for the rest of our lives.
