It all began in Nashville, Indiana, on a night that was supposed to be Hannah's senior year winter formal. Instead of going to the dance, she decided to spend the evening with her Mom and Nana, since they were driving Hannah's younger sister (Gabby) and Gabby's friends to the dance. They chose to have dinner at Hard Truth Hills, where Logan happened to be working that night. Logan noticed Hannah first and thought she was cute, but before he could say anything, he had to leave work to pick up his younger sister (Calla).
