After that, you will still be able to book a room but the price is not locked in and we can't guarantee availability.
Travel Note

Shuttle

A shuttle will take guests from both hotels to the reception at 4:20, 4:40, and 5:00. If possible, please try to make it to one of the two earlier shuttles. The shuttle will return from the reception to both hotels at 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00. Please do not drink and drive, there will be plenty of room for everyone.
Travel Note
There will be plenty of free parking at the ceremony and reception. Cars can be left overnight at the reception location.
