The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at The Farm at Old Edwards Inn. The ceremony will take place in The Orchard House, and a reception at The Pavilion will follow. Both locations are indoors and on the same property. Transportation via shuttle from a central location in the town of Highlands to The Farm venue will be provided for all guests.
Highlands tends to be significantly cooler than surrounding southern cities due to its higher altitude. The average high in Highlands during the month of March is around 56 degrees, and the average low is 32. The exact weather predicted for Sunday, 3/2/2025 at the time of this writing is a high of 56 and a low of 29. Shawls/cardigans/jackets are recommended. That being said, all of the events will be held in enclosed, well-heated indoor spaces. There will be heaters placed around outdoor paths and walkways and there will be a big, beautiful fireplace in the reception pavillion.
We will certainly miss you! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
We respectfully request that our ceremony be camera and phone free. We have hired a wonderful photography team to take photos, and hope our guests will sit back and enjoy. Holding the cameras for optimal pictures usually blocks someone else's view. We will post wedding photos on our website and you will be able to download any that you want! However, during the cocktail hour and reception, we encourage guests to take as many photos as your heart desires! We will have an online photo drive with a QR code posted at the reception for you to upload and share all the fun photos you snapped! (Details/link soon to come.)
