Can I bring a date?

Answer

Sure, if you don’t see the option to bring a +1 just contact Imani or Larren for them to be added to the guest list. There will be assigned seating so every guest should be accounted for.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style but please contact us if you have any allergies.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable but semi formal - formal is our preference. We are also inviting all of our guest to add a touch of green to their outfit. It’s not a requirement but we’d absolutely love it if you did.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are strongly discouraged however, you can speak to the bride and groom personally to see if there’s room for them to be added to the guest list.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle running to and from the hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to pick a seat and find parking.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting a barbecue the day after the wedding to spend extra time with our loved ones. Especially those from out of town.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking at the venue.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than the 27th of July. If you have RSVP’d and cannot make it. Please kindly let us know in advance.
