Tips for our of town guests:

1. Check for latest COVID-19 requirements

2. Book hotel stays before you come, be sure to stay in Dar es Salaam, Bagamoyo, or Zanzibar. Book your plane into Dar es Salaam International Airport (DAR)

3. For foreigners coming to Tanzania, you are required to have a Visa. Visa's can be granted prior to or upon arrival at the airport.

4. Be sure to exchange currency TSH (Tanzania Shilling) at the airport.

5. If feasible,try to stay for at least one week after or before the wedding

6. Bring bug spray

7. Be sure to call your cell phone carrier to ensure that you have an international phone plan (Remember to cancel upon return).

8. For transportation around the city it is recommended that you use taxis, bajaj's. (Be mindful of rates.)

There are so many things to do in the area such as excursions, safaris, and tours be sure to sure to look into these activities at your leisure.
