After graduating from Life Pacific University, I moved to Olympia, Washington for a job at Living Water Church. At the time, Travis and his family had already been attending Living Water for a couple of years, and Travis was faithfully serving on the worship team. With no close family nearby, the Colbenson family welcomed me in as one of their own. Most weekends were spent together, and somewhere in the middle of shared dinners, laughter, and everyday moments, a deep friendship began to grow. Before long, we both sensed the Lord was writing something more. In June of 2024, we started dating — and we’ve been inseparable ever since. What began as friendship has become a relationship rooted in joy, trust, and the goodness of God. And now… here we are! We are so grateful for the way the Lord has written our story, and we cannot wait to continue building a life together that glorifies Him in all that we do. If you’re reading this, you’ve played a part in our journey in one way or another. We truly wouldn’t be who we are without the love, encouragement, and support of the people around us.
