The use of rideshare apps (uber/lyft) or carpooling is encouraged to get you to the festivities and home safely. However, there will be ample parking available at the venue if you choose to drive.

Flight

Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Dulles is the closest airport for those visiting from out of town. It's a 30 minute drive from the airport to our hotel. Other airport options: DCA - 45 minutes to the hotel (Arlington, VA) BWI - 90 minutes to the hotel (Baltimore, MD)

Train

Union Station (Amtrak)

Amtrak is a great option for those traveling from other train-accessible locations. Union Station in Washington D.C. is about a 60 minute drive to the hotel and there is also a Manassas Station (Northeast Regional line) which is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel.

Travel Note

TRAFFIC & HOV Lanes

Traffic in the Virginia suburbs of Washington D.C. is particularly bad at all times of day, but especially heinous during rush hour (going East in the am and West in the pm). Plan for a 10 -30 minute back-up (or more, depending on when you travel) between D.C. and the hotel/venue if you are coming into Union Station or DCA. Additionally, certain highways are also restricted to HOV going in the direction of traffic at certain times of day (click VIEW for details).
