Yes, Los Cabos has Uber. However, please be aware that the cars they drive are much smaller than the ones in the states, and Los Cabos does not have Uber XL, so most cars are a 3 person maximum. Because of this, we would recommend booking transportation through VIVO for the airport (see Hotel & Travel tab for discount code & booking).
As a rule of thumb, you should stick to bottled or purified water in Mexico. All of the restaurants and hotels only serve purified water and YES, the ice is safe.
