Are Children Invited?
Answer
Though we wish we could accommodate everyone, unfortunately we do have to limit the amount of guests invited. Because of that, only toddlers 3 and under are allowed. We understand we are asking you to leave your children for a weekend. However, we like to think we are giving you an opportunity to get away with your partner to an unlikely destination! There will be an open bar and transportation, so we invite you to have fun and let loose without the kids!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP NO LATER than August 15th. If you do not RSVP, I will take your answer as "No". If you cannot make it, please still RSVP so I know!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
It is a wedding, so I shouldn't have to say this, but please dress up. Doesn't have to be formal black tie, just use common sense.

Transportation & Parking
Answer
A shuttle will be provided to bring guest to and from the main hotel and the wedding venue, starting at 1:45. If you are staying at another hotel, but would like to use the shuttle, please feel free to meet at the main hotel! There are only two stops to the venue before the wedding starts. One at 1:45 and the second around 2:45. The shuttle will make two trips, from the venue to the hotel, at the end of the night. Only 40 people on the shuttle at a time, so plan accordingly. You can also drive directly to the venue, there is free parking on the properties and at the Hershey Hotel. If you drive over but decided to drink, you are allowed to leave your car parked, take the shuttle back, and pick up your car in the morning.

Entrance to the Gardens
Answer
With the wedding being at the Hershey Gardens, you as the guest have free access! You are allowed entrance one hour prior to the wedding, and then until the garden closes at 5PM. Since the wedding is at 4, if you want to see the gardens, we recommend getting to there before hand.
