The discount applies to all room types, but is only available by phone. They are usually sold out 4 weeks in advance, so please book at least by July 31st. Beautiful harbor views, a short distance from the venue. Recommended bang for the buck.

Rental Car
If driving, please leave LA by 10 AM to give yourself some wiggle room to check into your hotel and get ready. The drive is about 2 hours without traffic.

Travel Note
We will no longer be running a shuttle from the Best Western Beachside Inn to the venue. We apologize for the inconvenience. There is no event parking on the boardwalk where the event is located, so we highly recommend a rideshare. The "No Event Parking" rule is enforced and violations could cause our event to be shut down.
