Vincent and Illyza first met while working at the Pawling Hannaford in 2014. Illyza worked in Customer Service and Vincent worked in the Deli/Produce Department. They then became acquaintances through mutual friends they shared at Hannaford. After Illyza finished her senior year of High School, they both attended Dutchess Community College where they began hanging out with each other more and more. While attending Dutchess they both decided to transfer to University at Albany (before officially being together). One night while sitting in the parking lot at the movie theatre Illyza asked Vincent if they wanted to be "official" because it was kind of already that way. Vincent agreed and their relationship became official in March of 2015. In the fall of 2015 they attended University at Albany, where they both graduated from in 2018. In October of 2022 they closed on their first home together, which they now share with their two cats Rupert and Fester.
