We're getting married

Iliancarla got a gym membership to LA Fitness and within the first week they set you up with a complimentary session with a personal trainer. Iliancarla decided a personal trainer would be beneficial to jump start her overall wellness. At her first paid session the personal trainer she had signed up with, Mike, had some sort of mix up and had double booked himself. Mike searched to see which of the personal trainers was not actively training a client and could take his place for Iliancarla's session. Mike returned with Jalen and little did anyone know this mix up would turn in to a marriage three years later.

Iliancarla and Jalen had many conversations of what their intentions were for one another. One thing was clear, there was no turning back. Iliancarla had very specifically told Jalen that when the time came to propose she did not want it to occur on a holiday, anniversary or birthday. With Iliancarla's 30th birthday on the horizon and a birthday trip planned to go to California, Jalen ceased the opportunity to plan the engagement for that same time. Iliancarla was becoming suspicious that a proposal would be happening during the trip, however, did not imagine Jalen would "pop the question" on her birthday. Jalen proposed to Iliancarla on her 30th birthday in one of the places she considers her "favorite place in the word," Seaport Village.
