La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baton Rouge - Port Allen

We have a hotel block here for family and friends traveling from out of state. The block will be under "Timothy Gilleo." Rooms have double beds and are reserved for April 10-12, 2026. Call the hotel front desk to reserve your room. The last day to book a room through our hotel block is March 26, 2026.

Flight

Baton Rouge (BTR)

BTR is about an hour from the venue. Baton Rouge also has plenty of hotel and rental car options and we can more easily arrange pick-ups and drop-offs to and from the airport. BTR only offers flights from Delta, American, or United Airlines.

Flight

New Orleans (MSY)

MSY is a little over an hour from Baton Rouge and two hours from the venue. New Orleans hosts a larger selection of airlines and also has plenty of hotel and rental car options. However, pick-ups and drop-offs to and from the airport are a little more complicated.
